Small - 20" PTP
Medium - 21" PTP
Large - 22" PTP
XL - 23" PTP
XXL - 24" PTP

I would recommend going a size down as these fit oversized.

*PTP is the measurement from one arm pit to the other.

If unsure on the fit, compare measurements to another item you have that fits.
